Our ham glaze is Christmas in a jar. Made of port, sugar, cinnamon, clove, star anise and allspice it is both warming and celebratory all at once.
Each jar will contain approx. 200g of glaze, enough to coat one ham.
Christmas items are available on delivery days and through click & collect from all stores from December 15 to December 24. Find what days we deliver to you throughout the festive period. Click & Collect from all stores will be available every day during this period.
If you are short on time this Christmas, our in-house chefs are also able to glaze your baked ham for an additional $50. This option is available for all hams available for order this Christmas season.
How to glaze a Christmas ham?
To glaze your leg ham, cut off the skin, score the fat in a diamond pattern, stud each diamond with a clove and brush liberally with your glaze.
