Our Christmas collection features the things we love to eat with our friends and family. Here you'll find every sauce, condiment, glaze, jus and dressing, plus some special Christmas sides, all made by our chefs to ease the preparation load for you.
Christmas stuffing
Our house-made stuffing for Christmas roasts also makes a delicious side dish. Choose from bread with bacon, maple and sage, or a gluten-free buckwheat, sour cherry and walnut stuffing.
Christmas ham sides
A Christmas ham is a favourite for many during the festive season. Find everything you need to enjoy yours, including our ham glaze and cumberland sauce. Our ham glaze is Christmas in a jar, made with port, sugar, cinnamon, clove, star anise and allspice. It is both warming and celebratory all at once. Serve with our house-made mustard, cornichons and Zuni pickle.
Christmas side vegetables
To complement robust roasted meats, our potato gratin is ready to serve. The shaved potatoes are slow-cooked with cream, parmesan and garlic. Add a bright, fresh salad with Ramarro Farm Salad Mix and a simple dressing.
Sauces and gravy
Take care of the gravy boat with our red wine jus, and add a little extra with Meatsmith chutney, horseradish cream, pepper sauce or bearnaise. They're just as good on Boxing Day leftover sandwiches.
