Whole turkey or turkey breast?

We choose our turkeys from Freshwater Turkeys in the Clare Valley. Our whole free-range turkeys make a show-stopping centrepiece for a bigger table. For a smaller celebration, our turkey breast is trussed and rolled with bacon, maple and sage, and is available plain or stuffed.

Christmas turkey stuffing

The stuffed turkey breast has it all: extra flavour from the stuffing, plus the controlled cooking of a rolled cut. It's delicious hot on the day, or cold in sandwiches enjoyed on the days following. Make turkey sandwiches you'll be dreaming about for months.
