When can I pre-order my Christmas ham?
Pre-orders for our Christmas ham and festive range open in early November each year. All four Meatsmith stores (Fitzroy, St Kilda, Balwyn and Brighton) stay open right up until Christmas Eve, with plenty of festive fare to choose from in person too.

When do Christmas ham orders close?
Order closures are staggered as delivery dates fill up, so we recommend ordering your Christmas ham early to secure your preferred delivery or pickup slot.

I could only get a delivery slot between 16–20 December — will my Christmas ham still be fresh for the big day?
Yes. At this time of year we pack all Christmas orders for maximum shelf life, so anything delivered in this window will be perfectly fresh for Christmas Day.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my Christmas ham order?
No deposits — to secure your Christmas order and fulfilment date, full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Can I order a custom Christmas ham or festive item?
Due to high demand over the festive season, we're unable to take custom orders for Christmas.

Can I change my Christmas order after placing it?
Yes — email info@meatsmith.com.au. All changes must be finalised and paid for before your order's closing date.

Can I place more than one Christmas order?
Of course — we love festive celebrations! If you're looking to add something to a pre-existing order, please email info@meatsmith. If you have multiple celebrations to cater for, please place as many separate orders as you need to.

Do you deliver Christmas hams and festive orders?
Yes — we deliver Christmas hams and festive produce across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, on selected delivery days within your zone. This year, we are also offering delivery on the 19th of December to Sydney and Melbourne. See our full Christmas delivery zones and dates here.

Can I pick up my Christmas ham in-store?
Yes — all four of our stores (Fitzroy, St Kilda, Balwyn and Brighton) are open every day from December 16 to December 24. Simply select your preferred pick-up date and time and head to the store for collection. 

How much does a Christmas ham weigh?
All our Christmas hams, turkeys, beef and pork are listed by minimum weight, and we guarantee your order won't weigh less than stated. Not sure how much ham you need for your guest list? Our team is always happy to help you choose the right size.

Can I still order regular Meatsmith products during the Christmas period?
Absolutely — our full range of everyday produce is available as normal throughout December. Shop it here.

Can I send a Christmas ham or gift hamper to someone else?
It's one of our favourite things to help with! Add a personalised gift card message in the notes field at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.
