We offer contact free home delivery across Victoria. To have Meatsmith freshly cut meat, ready meals, pantry staples and delicious drinks delivered directly to your door, order by midday to receive next day delivery Tuesday to Saturday in selected delivery zones.

  • Our delivery service is contact-free, delivered by a team that is constantly monitored for health and safety purposes.
  • Delivery windows open up 7 days in advance and close at midday the day prior to delivery. We do have a maximum capacity for delivery so we recommend placing your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

DELIVERY AREAS

We are excited to be offering next day home delivery between 7am and 6pm Tuesday - Saturday to postcodes across the whole of Victoria. Click each delivery zone to find out what suburbs belong to each region. 

 

DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Each order is hand-cut fresh and packed the afternoon prior to your delivery - if anything needs to be added on to your order, please let us by midday the day before delivery.
  • You will be sent an 'order confirmation' via email when your order has been received.
  • You will receive a text message with a tracking link the evening before delivery, a text message when delivery is close and another text message on delivery with a photograph for evidence. Delivery drivers will also knock or ring the doorbell/intercom when making the delivery.
  • We have the 'authority to leave.' If there is a safe space to leave your order, our drivers will do so. 
  • All deliveries will be left unattended (subject to any reasonable directions from you with your order). 
  • Meatsmith does not accept requests for specific delivery times. Our delivery service will provide an ETA of your delivery and will leave your order in your absence (if there is a safe space to do so). We will not issue refunds if orders are delivered outside of requested delivery time frame. 
  • Please provide detailed delivery instructions in the field at checkout (ie on the front porch or foyer apartment access code). If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or other secured building you must provide the code, instructions or such other means to ensure delivery can left safely.
  • Your order will be delivered in a plastic lined insulated box with an ice pack. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Given current concerns around COVID-19 and to minimise human contact, If you would prefer not to have contact with our driver please select ‘authority to leave’ with the ‘no human contact’ option.
Our vans are refrigerated so your order will arrive at below 5 degrees. Once we deliver it’s over to you – the safety of the food becomes your responsibility.
Your order will be returned & organised for re-delivery on the next possible date.

Let us know what we should do in the unlikely event that a product you order is not available (we can substitute for a similar item or leave this item off your order)
If you have visited our retail stores you know our range is vast and constantly changing. To keep things simple our online offering is a curated selection of our most popular products (the one’s we know our customers like to include in their weekly shop).

In this especially high volume time we appreciate your patience and understanding.
