How to cook beef ribs?
Throw an Argentinian-style feast with our tasty beef short ribs.We prefer to cook them on a charcoal grill for an extra smokey flavour, though they can be easily grilled on a gas BBQ, too. After seasoning the ribs, place onto a hot charcoal grill and cover with the lid over them. Grill for two minutes on each side, before turning over for a final 1-2 minutes on one side.
