- Rare Breed Christmas Leg Ham on the Bone - Our signature, cooked rare breed Christmas ham on the bone. Each Victorian pork leg is brined for 48 hours then smoked over German Beechwood for depth of flavour. Moist, delectable and savoury, this ham weighs a minimum of 5kg, feeding up to 20 people.
- Rare Breed Christmas Half Leg Ham Cuts - Rare-breed and traditionally cooked Christmas half leg ham cuts. Each Victorian pork leg is brined for 48 hours then smoked over German Beechwood for depth of flavour. Choose from a chump or shank cut of ham. Just remember there's not much better than Boxing Day ham sandwiches. Our half leg ham will weigh a minimum of 3.25kg, feeding up to 16 people.
- Traditional Christmas Boneless Leg Ham - Traditional, cooked boneless Christmas Leg Ham. Each Victorian pork leg is brined for 48 hours then smoked over German Beechwood for depth of flavour. This ham will weigh a minimum of 4kg, feeding up to 22 people.
Christmas Ham Glaze
The ham glaze is almost as important as the smoked ham itself. Allow our head chef take care of this important part of your festive feast for you and opt for our glazing option. For an additional $65, we will stud your ham with cloves then glaze with our signature Meatsmith festive glaze. This utterly delicious glaze is made with brown sugar and Tawny port and exudes festive cheer.

How long does Christmas ham last?
All of our hams are vacuum-sealed for guaranteed freshness when you have it delivered. We recommend only opening your ham on the day of your Christmas feast and consuming it within 7 days.
