
Potato gratin
Potato gratin - shaved potatoes, slow-cooked in a creamy parmesan cheese sauce. This is delicious as a side for any roast, sausage or stew.
Ingredients: potatoes, full cream milk, cream, garlic, potatoes, salt & thyme
Cooking instructions: take the gratin out of the package and bake in a 180C oven for approx. 30 minutes or until piping hot and crisp on top
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, each packet contains 600g of potato gratin - enough for 3-4 people as a side, 2 as a main. This will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3-5 days, refer to packaging for use by date information.
