Shelf Life

This cooked product will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3 days of opening. All products ordered for Christmas will have shelf life up to and including Christmas Day.

Serving Size

Each large potato gratin will weigh approximately 1.4kg, enough for 6-8 people as a side.

Cooking Instructions

Remove from plastic bag. Place tray in 180°C oven for 30 minutes or until internal temperature of 65°C.
