Our ham glaze is Christmas in a jar. Nothing encapsulates the festive season quite like a traditional baked ham complete with Christmas ham glaze and studded with cloves. Bring the festive spirit and take it easy this year with a jar of our delicious glaze for Christmas ham.

Made with port, sugar, cinnamon, clove, star anise and allspice, it is both warming and celebratory all at once.
This product must be refrigerated after opening and its shelf life will be for a minimum of two weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
Each jar will contain approx. 200ml of glaze, enough to coat one ham.

How to glaze a Christmas ham?

To glaze your leg ham, cut off the skin, score the fat in a diamond pattern, stud each diamond with a clove and brush liberally with your glaze.
