A rich traditional style gravy to serve alongside your centrepiece roast. Flavoured with Tawny port, thyme and rosemary, it serves as a wonderful companion for roast turkey, O'Connor beef and Bannockburn chicken.

Using our famously rich chicken stock as the base, this gravy is made with chicken, onion, carrot, celery, sage, rosemary, bay leaves, star anise, port, xantham gum.
This is a cooked product, best used within 3-4 days of opening. Refer to packaging for use by date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
Each portion will contain approx. 500ml of gravy, enough for a helping for four people.
