A rich traditional style gravy to serve alongside your centrepiece roast. Flavoured with Tawny port, thyme and rosemary, it serves as a wonderful companion for roast turkey, O'Connor beef and Bannockburn chicken.

Ingredients

Using our famously rich chicken stock as the base, this gravy is made with onions, garlic, carrots, celery, star anise, thyme, rosemary, tawny port and thickened with xantham gum.

Shelf Life

This is a cooked product, best used within 3-4 days of opening. Refer to packaging for use by date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.

Serving Size

Each portion will contain approx. 500g of gravy, enough for a helping for four people.

Collection and delivery dates

Christmas in July items are available for home delivery and click & collect from July 18 to 28.
