Victorian pork leg is brined for 48 hours then smoked over German Beechwood for depth of flavour. It's then glazed in our Meatsmith glaze, made with port, sugar, cinnamon, clove, star anise and allspice.
These petite hams come presented in a smart carry box and are perfect for smaller gatherings or as a thoughtful offering for larger occasions.
Available for Christmas in July celebrations with delivery or pickup dates from Thursday 17th July until Saturday 26th July.
This is a cooked product that will be vacuum sealed, please see packaging for use by date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
