Thinly sliced marinated minute steaks. Made with premium beef raised by free-range farming collectives in Gippsland. These include O'Connor Beef and the Murray Grey Society.
Marinade is made from olive oil, salt, capers, lemon, garlic, parsley and oregano.
Each steak weighs approx. 130gm each.
This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.
