Our house made beef, jalapeño and cheese sausages with Gippsland pasture raised beef chuck and free-range rare breed pork. Best smoked or cooked slow over some hot coals, these will pack a punch especially with some Tuck Shop Tomato Sauce


All of our sausages are made with 20% fat and natural casings to make sure they are extra juicy for your next BBQ. These sausages are made with Gippsland pasture raised beef chuck, free-range rare breed pork shoulder and fat, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander leaves, jalapeños and cheddar.
This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.
These gluten-free sausages are prepared in links of 5, weighing approximately 500g.
