Sonelo & Co Japanese style white charcoal produced in Malaysia. Favoured by high-end restaurants for over three decades, this is an extremely high-quality style of Shiro Ogatan.
This is a raw material made from 100% timber sawdust. The sawdust is extruded, heated and compressed before being densely compressed into briquettes. This white charcoal is great to cook with as it burns long and cleanly with consistent heat lasting 3-4 hours.
