A generous yet elegant Shiraz from the Barossa. A long, warm & dry end to summer
ensured beautifully ripe and concentrated grapes, with the resulting wine maturing in 40% new oak for 16 months before bottling. The wine is dark with vibrant red/purple hues, rich and smooth with flavours of black cherry, olive and black pepper. Drink it with a DA club steak or scotch fillet roast.
