Our foie gras parfait is a creamy and smooth charcuterie item topped with vermouth jelly, and is best served at cocktail hour. Enjoy as part of a charcuterie platter or on toasted brioche.

Meatsmith made in Fitzroy with foie gras, chicken livers, butter, shallot, garlic, thyme & maple syrup.
This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of one week, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
Each jar will contain 200g of Foie Gras Parfait.

Christmas items are available for home delivery and click & collect from December 16 to 24.
