
Tarragon & Mustard Seed Bannockburn Chicken Half
Half of a butterflied Bannockburn free-range chicken marinated with tarragon and mustard seeds. A delicious alternative for roast dinner or a wonderful opportunity to switch up BBQ night. Either roast at 180C for 30 minutes or BBQ on medium heat for 25 minutes. Delicious after a 10-minute rest dressed generously with lemon juice.
The marinade is made from fresh tarragon, chives, parsley, sliced garlic, mustard seeds and olive oil.
Each chicken halve will weigh approx. 700g.
This is a fresh product, to be cooked within 2-3 days.
