Rare Breed Porchetta Patties
Rare breed porchetta patties are our take on the famous rissole. Made with our house porchetta mix and wrapped in pancetta, these are a firm favourite for summer barbeques - delicious grilled over charcoal then stuffed into warmed focaccia or served with a vibrant potato salad. We source our pork from Glen Eyrie Rare Breed Farms and Beachport Berkshires.
Made with rare breed pork mince, pancetta, garlic, fennel seed, chilli and parsley.
Each patty will weigh approx. 150g. Available in serves of two or four.
This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.
