We particularly enjoy sausages in the warmer months when we can fire up the grill and get cooking, and for this we turn to our Chorizo Verde sausages. Rare breed pork is flavoured with poblano and serrano chilli, garlic, and spices, and coloured with vibrant coriander and spinach. Perfect with a squeeze of lime and a splash of hot sauce in a freshly made flatbread.

Each packet contains 500g of sausages
Pan fry or BBQ, turning frequently until well caramelised and cooked through, approximately 10 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
