Gochujang Roasted Sesame Sauce
A spicy Korean-style sauce made with roasted sesame and chilli. This is one of our staff go-tos for any BBQ meal. Without packing too much of a punch, it adds umami, piquancy and depth to any meal. Add a steak grilled over charcoal and you'll be in heaven.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy with Korean chilli flakes, sesame, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, gluten-free soy, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil & sugar. Each jar contains 200g of Gochugang.
This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of two weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
