The marinade is made from fresh tarragon, chives, parsley, sliced garlic, mustard seeds and olive oil.

Each chicken halve will weigh approx. 700g.
Either roast at 180C for 30 minutes or BBQ on medium heat for 25 minutes. Delicious after a 10-minute rest dressed generously with lemon juice.
