All of our sausages are made with 20% fat and natural casings to make sure they are extra juicy for your next BBQ. These sausages are made with O'Connor beef chuck, Western plains pork shoulder and fat, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander leaves, jalapeños and cheddar.
