Our large Beef Wellington is a house-made and elegant centrepiece for a festive celebration. Your Beef Wellington will be made with a lightly seared pasture-raised eye fillet, house made mushroom duxelles and crêpes, wrapped in an all butter shortcrust pastry.
Made by the Meatsmith kitchen with Gippsland pasture-raised beef eye fillet, mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, thyme, Dijon mustard, flour, butter, milk and eggs.
This fresh product will be vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for useby date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
Our Beef Wellington weighs a minimum of 2kg and will feed 8 people generously.
