Tasting notes from winemaker Will Byron:

2021 Tuerong Chardonnay
Still showing grapefruit freshness, this Chardonnay is beginning to reveal the layered complexity that comes with time. A little more mid-palate weight now gives the wine greater depth and structure.

2022 Main Ridge Pinot Noir
In its youth this Pinot Noir was a little untamed, but with time in bottle it has found its stride. Deeper, darker fruit and savoury aromatics sit alongside the distinctive tannins of Main Ridge, making for a wine that is drinking beautifully now, with the reward of extra time in bottle.
