Victorian pork leg is brined for 48 hours then smoked over German Beechwood for depth of flavour. It's then glazed in our Meatsmith glaze, made with port, sugar, cinnamon, clove, star anise and allspice. 

These petite hams come presented in a smart carry box and are perfect for smaller gatherings or as a thoughtful offering for larger occasions.

Victorian free range pork, water, salt, acidity regulator (460,451,452), dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant (316), preservative (250), hydrolyzed maize protein, Meatsmith ham glaze (tawny port, brown sugar, cinnamon, mixed spice).

A Meatsmith glazed ham is prepared by our team of chefs. After being brined and smoked over German Beechwood, the rind is removed and the ham scored. We then burnish the ham with a glaze of brown sugar and port. Cloves are included for you to stud your ham at home, adding festive flair. This process costs an additional $65.

This is a cooked product that will be vacuum sealed, please see packaging for use by date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
Your gluten-free ham will weigh approximately 1.8-2kg, feeding up to 8 people.

Christmas items are available for home delivery and click & collect from December 16 to 24.
