The classic pepper sauce made with black and Sichuan pepper. Wonderful on most roast meats but particularly good on a steak or to dip your roast potatoes into.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, our pepper sauce is made from black pepper, Sichuan pepper, chicken stock (chicken bones, thyme & onions), soy sauce, brandy, white balsamic vinegar, fish sauce, garlic, sugar, butter & oil.
Each jar contains 95g pepper sauce.
This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of two weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
