A popular Balkan street food, Cevapi are made from a mixture of beef and pork mince flavoured with paprika, garlic, caraway and other mixed spices. They are best grilled and served in a warm flatbread with chopped onion, fresh leaves and a dollop of hummus.
Made from Beef trim, Pork Trim, Pork Back fat, Smoked Paprika, White Pepper, Caraway seeds, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Paprika, Nutmeg, Salt, White wine, Vegetable stock (Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables 15.5% (carrot, parsnip, potato, onion, celery, parsley leaves), flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate disodium inosinate), Sugar, spices, maize starch, Colour (riboflavin)).

Each packet contains 500g of sausages.
Pan fry or BBQ, turning frequently until well caramelised and cooked through, approximately 10 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
