Our house Butchers' sausage is a thin sausage made from free-range, rare breed pork and Gippsland pasture raised beef. This is our go-to sausage for school fetes, beachside barbecues and our take on the classic Aussie snag. 


All of our sausages are made with 20% fat and natural casings to make sure they are extra juicy for your next BBQ. These sausages are made with Gippsland pasture raised beef, free-range rare breed pork, smoked paprika, mustard seeds, celery seeds, mace, nutmeg, onion powder and garlic powder.
This is a fresh product, best cooked within 7 days. Check packaging for use by date information.
