All of our sausages are made with 20% fat and natural casings to make sure they are extra juicy for your next BBQ. These sausages are made with O'Connor Beef, Western Plains Pork, smoked paprika, mustard seeds, celery seeds, mace, nutmeg, onion powder and garlic powder.
