Our chicken pie is given a zesty, citrusy lift with the addition of locally grown sorrel. An all-butter puff pastry encases braised Bannockburn chicken thighs, leeks and our smoked streaky bacon to create a rich and decadent filling.

Heat your oven to 160C. Keep pie within the paper tin then bake for 40 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
