The use of malt vinegar to pickle these baby onions gives them a slightly sweeter, caramelised flavour while still remaining tangy and bright.
Meatsmith made in our Fitzroy kitchen, this is made with White Cocktail Onions( Onion, Water, Sugar, Salt, Food Acid (260), Preservative (202, 222), Mineral Salt (509), Flavour) Malt Vinegar (Brewed from Barley and Wheat, Fermented Spirit, Colour (150c), Pepper, Bay Leaves, Clove, Mustard Seed, Coriander Seed. Contains Wheat
