A single vineyard white wine from Nelson (the north tip of the South Island), NZ. Organically farmed, hand harvested and fermented using wild yeast, the wine shows pure fruit and generous texture. Bright citrus, blossom and sea spray on the nose (very classic of its Spanish counterparts) with white peach, green apple and saline. Drink alongside white meats and things with a little bit of spice.
