Housemade Pepperoni

Our own pepperoni made by our charcutier in Fitzroy. Planning a pizza party? You must have this essential salami. With a tiny bit of piquancy and plenty of savoury flavour, this will transform your pizza pies. 

Packed as a whole sausage, each pepperoni will weigh approx. 220g. 

Best consumed within 3-4 days.

Pork, spice mix (salt, seasoning (spices, herbs, emulsifier (451), fermented rice, spice extracts, antioxidant (300), seasoning (salt, dextrose, natural flavouring, vegetable fat partly hydrogenated [palm], hydrolysed vegetable protein, spices, antioxidant (270, onion, garlic), emulsifiers (450, 451, 452), sugar, chilli, Nadurot (sugar, antioxidant (300)).
This is a cured product, best consumed within 3-4 days.
