A lovely side dish to accompany your Easter feast. Fennel, slow-braised until tender in a rich tomato and chicken stock base, finished with the briny punch of capers and olives. Savoury, fragrant, and just the thing alongside capretto or lamb.
Only available over the Easter long weekend - from Wednesday 16 April to Saturday 19 April.

This cooked product will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3-5 days, refer to packaging for use by date information.
Each tray of braised fennel and olives will weigh approx. 800g, enough as a side for 4-5 people.
Remove from plastic bag. Place tray in 180°C oven for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature of 65°C.
