A whole and deboned Bannockburn chicken stuffed with a truffle and porcini stuffing. Expertly trussed by our butchers, this ballotine cooks evenly and is incredibly easy to carve tableside.

Each chicken is stuffed with chicken farce flavoured with truffle paste, porcini powder, gluten free-premix, parsley and black pepper. Our ballotines are gluten-free.
This raw product will be vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for shelf life information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.
Each chicken ballotine will weigh a minimum of 2kg, which will feed 7-8 people.
Preheat oven to 180C. Sear the ballotine in a hot pan until light golden brown Transfer to a wire rack and roast for approx. 50 min (alternatively – roast on a bed of vegetables). Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 60C and rest uncovered for 15min before carving.
