We’ve combined their rich, cultured butter with our own confit bone marrow, seasoned with garlic, lemon, black pepper, parsley, and thyme. Exceptional melted over a seared steak, rubbed beneath the skin of a roast chicken, or spread generously on warm, crusty bread.
