Roast Christmas Chicken

We have a delicious variety of chickens to choose from your Christmas dinner. Choose from chicken ballotine, whole chickens, or spatchcock.

• Chicken Ballotine - For a twist on the classic chicken roast, our ballotine presents itself as an exceptional option. It is made with a Bannockburn free range chicken, deboned & filled with Toulouse stuffing, trussed & ready for roasting.
• Whole Bannockburn Chicken - Our whole bannockburn chicken is free-range and perfect for roasting. Each chicken is a size 16, weighing approximately 1.6kg
• Whole Nomad Farms Chicken - whole pasture-raised and regeneratively farmed Sommerlad chickens from Nomad Farms on South Australia's Fleurieu peninsula. These chickens are encouraged to sunbathe and scratch while they forage on bugs and are fed fresh grain and water, moving to a new pasture every day. Each chicken will weigh approx. 1.9kg. These are a slightly larger bird to roast, wonderful to feed a group of 5 or more.
• Whole Spatchcock - Whole free-range spatchcock chickens from New England, NSW. They can be butterflied, ready for marinating and grilling. Ideal for a smaller gathering, or for a meal that includes a variety of other meats, our spatchcock weighs 500g.
