Yarra Valley Smoked Salmon Pearls
Smoked salmon pearls from Atlantic salmon farmed in the Yarra Valley. These pearls are cured in Olsson’s 72-hour smoked salt and Mountain Ash, yielding a sublime, smoky flavour. These will add a wow factor and depth of flavour to any egg dish or blini. For extra indulgence, add a spoonful to your Moonlight Flat Oyster.
Each tin will contain approx. 30g of smoked salmon pearls. This is a fresh product, refer to packaging for use by date information.
