Sullivans Cove 'Apollo Inn' American Oak Single Cask

Tasmania makes for a formidable climate for whisky production, and we’re excited to present to you a fully mature whisky from Australia's finest distillery. Working directly with the Sullivans Cove maturation team, Apollo Inn has selected a cask for private bottling.

American Oak barrel TD-0251 is the first-fill cask selected for the Sullivans Cove Apollo Inn bottling. Matured for 15 years and nine months, it shows the complexity that can only come from long, slow aging.

Layers of vanilla, caramel, coconut and stone fruit, with delicate hints of herbs and white flowers.

In stock especially for Father's Day, this whisky will only be available to pre-order, for collection from either our Fitzroy or St Kilda stores, between Wednesday 3rd September and Sunday 7th September.
