A soft-cooked egg encased in a spiced merguez sausage, crusted with fine breadcrumbs and shallow-fried to a deep golden finish. Best enjoyed cold, sliced in half, and served with a generous side of our house Gentlemen’s Relish.

Free range egg, lamb mince, premix, garlic, cracked black pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander, harissa paste, smoked paprika, water, plain flour, sea salt, panko breadcrumbs, canola oil.
