This creamy, indulgent rice pudding is infused with aromatic vanilla and spiced poached pear, finished with a crunchy nougatine of caramelised pistachios and almonds.
Simply spoon into bowls, finish with a grating of fresh orange zest, and accompany with your favourite digestif or dessert wine.
