Our lamb kofta are made with a highly fragrant mixture of minced lamb shoulder, spices and fresh herbs. These are delicious grilled over charcoal and served in a warmed flatbread with Sarafian hummus.
Made in house with lamb mince, lemon zest, feta cheese, cumin powder, crushed chilli, salt and pepper. Contains dairy.
Each kofta weighs approx. 150g. Available in serves of two or four.
This is a fresh product, best cooked within 2-3 days.
