Made locally on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, the Island Pasta range is crafted by Italian hands using premium Australian durum wheat.
Mezzi Rigatoni is a slightly shorter version of the Roman classic, with a rigid outer surface designed to pick up lots of sauce. Traditionally paired with a homemade bolognese, we also think it's an excellent choice for a pork & fennel sausage pasta.
Made from Durum wheat semolina, water.
Each packet of pasta contains 500g of Orzo.
