Made from 100% certified Italian durum wheat that has been dried slowly to give the best possible texture and flavour, this pasta can be used across a versatile range of sauces. 

Originating in Sicily, casarecce is characterised by its short, twisted shape, and is great for fresh, chunky-style sauces. We like it best with pork, fennel and chilli sausages, pesto and lashings of parmesan to finish.

Made from Durum wheat semolina, water.
