A locally grown, free-range Numurkah turkey leg cooked slowly in duck fat and thyme, made ready to finish at home. With the thigh-bone removed, it makes for an easy-carve centrepiece to share.

This product will also be available to order for Thanksgiving, with orders available for click and collect and home delivery from 21 to 30 November.

This is a cooked product that will be vacuum sealed, please refer to packaging for useby date information. Any product ordered from the Meatsmith Christmas range will be suitable for consumption up to and including Christmas Day.

Each confit turkey leg will weigh a minimum of 1.4kg, feeding 4-5 people.
