This deeply coloured aromatised fortified wine is made from grapes sourced mostly from Rues (Tarragona), Spain. Its flavours and aromas are warm and sweet, coupled with herbaceous and floral notes of rosemary, thyme, orange peel and vanilla. Depth, texture and complexity is added to with ageing in both American and French oak.
Not available for pick up in our Brighton or Balwyn stores.
Each bottle contains 700ml of vermouth.
Pour over ice, add a slice of orange or an olive for saltiness, and top with a splash of soda water (optional).
