Our housemade Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce. We owe the deliciousness of this sauce to German migrants of Southern Carolina. It sets itself apart from America's usual mainstay of BBQ sauces with the tang of mustard and some piquant vinegar. Add lashings of it to your next hot dog or use it as a dip for smoked pork ribs and spicy fried chicken wings.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, our Carolina Gold sauce is made with American mustard (water, mustard seeds, sugar, salt), tumeric, paprika, mustard powder, mustard flour, garlic, sugar & tomato ketchup.
Each jar contains 190g of Carolina Gold.
This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of two weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
