2023 Bubb & Pooley Pinot Noir

In the last couple of decades, Tasmania and Pinot Noir have become synonymous with quality. The 2023 Bubb & Pooley Pinot Noir continues this relationship with a vibrant, expressive wine from the Coal River Valley.

Grapes are sourced from three different vineyard sites, hand-picked and fermented with wild yeasts. The nose shows blue and black fruits with violet, liquorice and spice. The palate has surprising depth and richness (for a Pinot!) with everything held together in a structured, mouth-wateringly tasty delivery each sip.
