Sticky Pork Ribs with Vinegar Sauce

A favourite from the Meatsmith cookbook. The pork ribs are marinated in a punchy blend of soy, garlic, ginger and chilli, balanced with just enough sweetness from brown sugar. Each pack comes with a jar of our housemade Spicy Vinegar Sauce to glaze and serve alongside.

Sticky, rich and bright with acidity, they're made for sharing — equally at home as the centrepiece of a weekend gathering or an easy midweek supper.

Pork Ribs, light soy sauce (GLUTEN FREE), hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sambal olek chilli paste, sesame oil, brown sugar. Vinegar sauce: Light soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, corn flour, chicken stock. CONTAINS: SOY, SESAME
This is a fresh product, best eaten within 3 days of purchase. Please refer to packaging for further information.
Each rack of ribs will weigh approximately 600g, and be accompanied by a jar of the vinegar sauce - enough for 2 people.
Preheat oven to 160c and place marinated pork ribs on a tray with baking paper and cover. Cook for 1 hour or until tender, set oven to 200c and remove cover, glaze with extra sauce every 10mins for 30mins, finish with a light coating of sauce.
